Mentor programme
Are you interested in a career in M&A and Private Equity?
We offer a tailor-made mentoring programme targeted young women under education who are interested in M&A and Private Equity.
As a mentee, you will be paired with a female mentor from KiF (see profiles under Network groups) who has valuable knowledge of the Danish M&A and Private Equity market.
Mentor and mentee meet 4 times in a 9 month programme. Themes for the four meetings:
- Introduction meeting
- Introduction to the industry
- Development and career plan
Mentee-initiated meeting
We place great emphasis on finding the right match between mentor and mentee. All matches are conducted on the basis of written applications and follow-up interviews, so that we find the perfect match.

If you are interested in the mentoring program, please send an email to mentor.kvinderifinans@gmail.com with the following information;
- Current studies and year
- Current studentjob (if applicable)
- Please answer "Why are you interested in learning more about M&A og Private Equity?"
- Please answer "What do you want to achieve by being part of the mentoring programme?"
CV is optional.
Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted as soon as possible by someone from KiF. We typically review applications and take in a new 'batch' of mentees around the beginning of the year.
Please note that we store your application for a maximum of 12 months, after which it will be deleted. In case you want to correct the material or you want to be deleted, please write to us.
