Mentor programme
Are you interested in a career in M&A or Private Equity?
We offer a tailor-made mentoring programme for young women who are undergoing a bachelor or master degree and are interested in a career in M&A (e.g. investment banking) and/or Private Equity.
As a mentee, you will be paired with a female mentor from KiF (see profiles under Network groups) who has valuable knowledge of the M&A and Private Equity market.
You can expect to meet with your mentor around 4-5 times in a 9-month program along with exclusive group workshops covering educational and professional development. Matches are conducted based on a short written application and we place great emphasis on finding the right match between mentor and mentee.

- Current studies and year
- Current student job (if applicable)
- Please answer "Why are you interested in learning more about M&A og Private Equity?"
- Please answer "What do you want to achieve by being part of the mentoring programme?"
CV is optional.
Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted as soon as possible by someone from KiF. We typically review applications and take in a new 'batch' of mentees around the beginning of the year.
Please note that we store your application for a maximum of 12 months, after which it will be deleted. In case you want to correct the material or you want to be deleted, please write to us.
