About us
Kvinder i Finans (KiF) was an organisation that aimed to increase the number of women working in the financial sector, primarily within M&A. At the same time, KiF worked to retain these women in the industry, by establishing a broader network of like-minded people, where women could develop both professionally and personally.
Since 2019, Kvinder i Finans grew from 8 members into a highly valuable network of over 130 women, more than 200 mentorships, countless events, and strong media recognition. With deep gratitude for everything we have built together, it was decided to close KiF in 2025. We hope the spirit of KiF will live on in new networks, professional relationships, and the many careers it has inspired.
